Thank you for shedding light on perseverance. It’s amazing how one word can change one’s outlook on life. I always thought of myself as tenacious. What I really have is perseverance. Thank you Leona this is the nicest gift one could give.

I'm proud of your determination to get this idea out there. There's nothing better than positive accountability support.

I don't like whiners whining. However, do you let people know why you are off your game. You know - fill the vacuum with "what is" rather than having it filled with what isn't.
I'm reading an interesting book, "Thick Face Black Heart". She contends - tell no one. Let them think what they want. That's one perspective. Not sure I agree.

I enjoyed all your posts, but this one warranted a comment by me. Why is it that folks feel that if they whine or complain about their lives that I want to listen or even care? I too, am one of those who hates whining. Have the guts to ask for what you want with confidence. If one is working on solution, then I don't mind listening, but spare me your miserable day.

Rubicon has a whine-ning formula for getting needs met. It must work - because it got your attention.

Humans are not all that different. We have a whine-ing "app" within our CPU that is ready to spring into action. We installed it in childhood.
The issue for us adults is that we are no longer children and yet we have our whin-ing apps running in the background, sometimes even our desktops.
What there is to do is disable and if at all possible, uninstall the whine-ing app.
