For over 12 years people have chosen to work with me because of my commitment to their vision or dream. I listen attentively asking thought provoking questions which lead to greater clarity and focus. We create a plan of action steps and they move from idea and vision to tangible, measurable, substanitive results.
I’m all about hope and turning dreams into reality. My job is to help you create and work the plan to completion. I’m an accountability partner, cheerleader, listening post and sounding board. Working together we take stumbling blocks and turn ’em into stepping stones. Obstacles become opportunities – to learn grow and enrich the dream and the dreamer.
During our Coaching sessions you’ll discover that:

- You’ll experience breakthroughs in business AND personal life because when you are a small business owner, business IS personal.
Here’s a brief glimpse of my view of the world so you know what influences my coaching style:
- Coaching is collaboration and although no two of us are alike, we have common experiences as humans. We can share and learn from each other. I bring my experiences to the table as part of my coaching.
- Viktor Frankl in his book Man’s Search for Meaning says, “The uniquely human potential at its best is to transform a personal tragedy into a triumph, to turn one’s predicament into a human achievement.” No matter what challenges you are facing, business or personal, I will work with you to make something good come from it.
- To turn your dream into reality there are challenges and work. Nothing of long-lasting value comes without getting out of your comfort zone. I will be honest, tenacious, and respectful of your dreams, values and beliefs and I will see you as able to go beyond your comfort zone.
- You and your dreams are cherished and honored in the work we do just as I want that from my coaches.
Personal Information:
Married since 1973, I am the mother of three adult children, and a grandmother. I earned a B.A. in Education from Bethel College in St. Paul, MN, attended all of the classes offered by Context Associated (a personal growth and development company) and was hired to help train their volunteers. I graduated from The Academy for Coach Training in Bellevue, WA (now known as Invite Change). I am committed to continuing education and attend seminars as they pertain to my personal and professional development.
